      Let’s talk about weight.   Ohboy.   If you follow me on IG you probably see me use the hashtag “strong not skinny” from time to time.   I’ve never really had an eating disorder, but that’s a popular one among those in recovery.   Instead, I use it because I think women need to see that message more.   Does that mean I don’t ever weigh myself?   I do.   About once a week, I’d say.   I don’t ever recommend my clients weigh themselves, though.   Some days I try hard NOT to weigh myself, because I don’t want an erroneous number to impact my life…
